Company Continues to Strengthen its Award-Winning Leadership Team
Recruitics, an award-winning, data-powered recruitment marketing firm, bolstered its executive leadership team with the promotion of Ryan Christoi to President, Enterprise Division, Matt Grover to President, Digital Division, and the appointment of Sean Quigley as Vice President, Product. These are the latest in a series of organizational realignments aimed at accelerating growth, elevating operations, and enhancing product innovation.

Ryan Christoi, President, Enterprise
Christoi joined Recruitics in 2019 as Executive Vice President following the company’s acquisition of KRT Marketing. He previously served as KRT's Managing Partner since 2000 and was named a Best CEO for Women and Best CEO for Diversity by Comparably in 2018. Christoi is well-recognized in the recruitment marketing space and was named one of TA Tech's Most Influential Thought Leaders in 2022. He currently serves as the President of the Recruitment Ad Agency (RAA) Association.
Matt Grover, President, Digital
Grover is another industry veteran with over 20 years of experience. He joined Recruitics in 2019 as Managing Director, and was since promoted to Vice President of Client Strategy, and then to EVP of High Volume Hiring. Grover successfully managed account teams that delivered double digit revenue growth for the past three consecutive years. Previously, he held the position of Vice President of Marketing at CareerBuilder where he led the company’s marketing and e-commerce efforts.
Sean Quigley, VP, Product
Quigley joins Recruitics with over 20 years’ experience in the advertising technology space. He most recently served as VP of Product for a global recruitment marketing platform during which time he was awarded Innovator of the Year by TA Tech and helped the company win the Human Resource Executives’ (HRE) Product of the Year at HR Technology Conference.
