Here is the thinking behind it.
For most of history, finding a job has been a lot of work. And remarkably little about it has changed in a hundred years.
The job search moved from newspaper classifieds to online job boards to search engines, but the fundamental process stayed surprisingly manual: searching, comparing, applying, entering repetitive information, and trying to evaluate opportunities using incomplete signals.
Employers experience the other side of the same problem when searching for talent, processing applications, and trying to determine who can succeed and thrive.
Artificial intelligence is changing that, though not yet in the way it should. So far, we have largely added AI to a process designed for paper applications, and the result is more volume rather than higher-quality matches.
The opportunity is different. AI agents are increasingly gathering information, assessing opportunities, and acting on behalf of job seekers, considering more dimensions of fit than anyone can evaluate manually. This creates the potential to connect people with work that reflects their capabilities, ambitions, and values.
Employers can gain the same advantage. Instead of processing even more applications, they can better understand candidates and identify the right talent faster.
Accomplishing this requires shared infrastructure, which is why we led the launch of the Open Job Context Protocol with Workday and other industry leaders. OJCP lets employers and AI agents work from the same information. It is free and open source, it does not belong to us, and it provides a roadmap for future collaboration.
Importantly, removing the manual work from hiring does not mean removing humans from the process.
People still choose people.
They join teams to build businesses, care for patients, design products, and serve customers.
The quality of those teams and the conditions in which working people thrive are what separate good organizations from great ones. That is the future Recruitics is building: one where AI handles more of the searching, processing, and coordination, so people can focus on the human decisions that matter.
Today, Recruitics is introducing a refreshed brand and visual identity built around a continuous loop that reflects hiring as an ongoing, interconnected process, and our company’s evolution from helping employers market jobs to helping employers improve the entire performance of hiring.
