Tim Dineen is the Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at Recruitics. Tim has been with the company since 2010, and is the original architect of the Recruitics platform. He has developed many of our first-version products and has become an asset for developing new products and strategies throughout the years. He is passionate about pushing the boundaries beyond what’s possible and assisting the innovation strategy for our existing products.
Prasith Govin is the Chief Technology Officer at Recruitics. He has spent the last 20 years focused on all aspects of software engineering and development, including the development of AI strategies and product roadmaps. Prasith takes a product-first approach and believes that technology exists to accelerate business growth. Outside of work, Prasith is an MMA blue belt and volunteer career coach who also helps lead an exercise group for Parkinson's afflicted elders.
Austin Anderson is helping lead the charge in Recruitics AI initiatives. He has 15+ years as a founder and lead technologist in B2B and B2C tech, future of work, AI, professional networks, and marketplaces. Outside of work Austin enjoys exploring literature on understanding reality, physics, philosophy, and topics of computer science an machine learning. He spends his outdoor time riding mountain bikes with his wife and daughter in beautiful Bend, Oregon.
