We’re celebrating our 10 year anniversary as the industry’s leading provider of talent attraction solutions for the Fortune 1000, and we’ve been celebrating all year.
Recruitics is built on an entrepreneurial spirit, where the brightest individuals enjoy working together every day to grow the business – and we have fun along the way. During this momentous year of incredible growth, we’ve celebrated the following:
We have always put our commitment to our clients and partners first, which is why we are honored to be named a 2021 Comparably Award winner for “Best Company Culture.”
We have experienced accelerated growth during the pandemic. As we continue to focus on creating a culture of care, our commitment to our people, values, and goals is unwavering. Connections with colleagues have never been more challenging in the ever-evolving workforce, but maintaining an amazing employee experience is at the top of every leader’s mind.
Delivering world-class service starts with building a positive and supportive environment, and we’re dedicated to continuing this work into the future. As we continue to grow, we look forward to continuing to hire diverse, talented individuals who are excited to share in Recruitics' success.
As Recruitics continues to navigate through the shifting talent acquisition landscape, we’ve recognized a need within the industry for insights in real-time from experts and thought leaders. Our team works hard to develop content that provides scalable solutions for clients and free, dynamic sources for our audience, allowing our teammates to contribute their expertise and insights to the world.
Our award-winning thought leaders develop webinars, guides, ebooks, blogs, newsletters, and reports covering the latest trends and shifts in the recruitment industry and best practices and new strategies for talent acquisition teams. The value of the content being produced helps guide recruitment professionals through impactful changes and uncertain times.
With thought leadership comes state-of-the-art scalable technology, and Recruitics is developing technology to keep up with the ever-changing hiring landscape.
Chief Strategy Officer Mona Tawakali shares, “Like the many industry-leading companies we serve, Recruitics is learning how to thrive in a reimagined work environment that fosters human connection, innovation, and creativity.”
The growth of programmatic job advertising, a technology first pioneered by our team, has dramatically affected how companies compete for talent for many companies. For many, it has become the 'holy grail' of data-powered recruitment strategy.
In keeping up-to-date with industry best practices, our team achieved 2022 Premier Partner status in the Google Partners program. We’re excited to use our expertise and knowledge to help clients and partners achieve new levels of growth with this partnership.
Our dedication to adaptability, evolution, continuous learning, and innovation has allowed us to grow to where we are today.
One way we're celebrating our 10th year is by giving our award-winning data and integrations platform a name: iON.
Our advertising and analytics solutions have been built on iON over the past 10 years.
iON connects our customers to Recruitics, and through us to the world of publishers, applicant tracking systems, and other data sources that are critical to understanding the recruitment marketing ecosystem.
This year we are building the 3rd evolution of the iON platform that will result in faster, farther-reaching, and more scalable data collection, processing, and reporting for years to come.
As our team focuses efforts on better serving our clients, we’re happy to have a centralized location to gather and maintain connections and relationships with colleagues.
“The way we get back to work and the way we start redefining everything is up to us.” says CEO Josh Gampel. “Our motto currently is ‘if we build it, they will come.’ We wanted to create a space where our teammates wanted to collaborate and meet. The energy was electric, and you could feel that we are on the path to a new normal. I look forward to evolving how to get all of us together in different ways.”
Gampel shares that one aspect of the company culture many teammates miss is the ability to work and celebrate together, and this new headquarters allows many teammates from across the company to meet in-person – many for the first time since the beginning of the pandemic.
Speaking of HQ, many team members gathered there for our international innovation retreat, Creatics – where everyone comes together to solve problems and create solutions for our clients and partners.
Recruitics’ successful leadership contributes to the unprecedented growth of the organization, and many of the precise, intuitive, and efficient strategies and tools that we leverage for world-class results come from this event.
With so much growth, it’s only natural our team would fine-tune the visual aspects of the brand, in keeping with our new vision. With the world of work evolving as fast as it is, helping brands thrive in the new reality requires a different kind of platform – and we’re here to step up. Our team and tools are ready to accelerate hiring success now, and look forward to enhancing the experience companies will have with our team in the future.
We have a diverse set of thought leaders featured on our award-winning blog, which is shared in our newsletter and on LinkedIn. Recruitics has hit another huge milestone in our company’s growth by reaching more than 5K followers on LinkedIn! We’re grateful for the hard work and dedication of our teammates to reach this incredible milestone and to those who follow and contribute to the conversation. Recruitment marketing and talent acquisition professionals should join in and follow Recruitics to keep abreast of changes in the industry.
