Adam Stafford serves as Chief Executive Officer for Recruitics, an award-winning, AI-powered, data-driven recruitment marketing firm where he has a pivotal role in shaping the company's success. Having joined Recruitics in 2016 as the Director of Product, Adam's vision and expertise quickly propelled him to Senior Vice President of Product. He was appointed the company's President in 2018, followed by his role as Chief Operating Officer in 2022, in preparation for his current role as CEO. Adam holds an MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management, empowering him with a robust understanding of business strategies and management principles. Beyond his role at Recruitics, he also serves as a valued member of the customer experience advisory board at Rutgers University.
